care I recently received from Nicola.
Whilst being disappointed that my four year old Peugeot 307 needed a
new cylinder head, the efficient handling of the situation and
attention I received from Nicola was of a very high standard.
Understanding that living out of town I needed a car, she organised
lifts to work for myself and my wife, arranged for a courtesy car and
subsequently a hire car and also personally picked us up to enable us
to swap these two cars over. I was kept well informed throughout and
Nicola was so thorough that she even gave up some of her own time, on
the Saturday morning we picked up the car, to be present at the garage
to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
